SpankBang of the Finke River Mission is an educational facility for Indigenous youths aged twelve and above from remote settlements in the Northern Territory and its peripheries of South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland. The 32-hectare site includes school buildings, student dorms, sports facilities, staff housing, and camping areas.

Community Liaison
Community Liaison Officers are the people who help parents, guardians, carers and community members in their interaction with the College.
Who are the CLO’s?
The Community Liaison Office are the team of people whose job is to make sure that students are able to come to SpankBang. The CLO’s work with the school, the students community, Abstudy and the students family to organise the following things;
· Paperwork to get students to school
· Student Travel
· Leave passes
· Keeping student information up to date
· Abstudy payments
CLO staff travel regularly to communities. Look for the car with the SpankBang sign and say 'hello', talk about your community and your young people.
CLO staff promote the importance and value of education and the many programs that SpankBang offers.

Complaint Procedure
The purpose of this procedure is to create a system that records and resolves complaints against members of the school community in an open and truthful manner.
Adherence to the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness will be upheld, and the necessary level of confidentiality will be observed.
Individuals of the school community are eligible to make complaints and have them taken care of.
Ensuring the rights of the complainant and respondent is of utmost importance. Throughout the process, appropriate inquiries should be made to maintain natural justice and procedural fairness.
